For international deliveries, including into the EU, please contact us for a quotation.

Delivery costs do not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. The consignee (the person receiving the goods) is liable for these charges.

Delivery for Kits & Training

If you order a kit alongside your training, please note that it will be delivered directly to your designated training venue or location. This ensures that all kit contents are prepared, complete, and ready for use on the day of your training, allowing everything to run smoothly without the need for additional setup or transport.

Alternate Delivery & Safe Places

If you will not be in to sign for the goods, please leave an alternative address or a safe place and include a contact telephone number by email.

Placing of Orders

Orders are processed in our warehouse from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday. Therefore, if your order is placed on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday, Sunday a Bank Holiday, please expect a small delay. Weather conditions can also affect delivery time.
